A LIVE, interactive online workshop based around the Frida Kahlo painting, Viva la Vida, Watermelons - especially designed for children!

Delivered and created by the Dot Kids Founder, Julie Bevan.

We will discover & discuss Frida Kahlo's final painting; Viva la Vida, Watermelons.

I will guide your child through the process of creating their own unique painting or drawing inspired by Kahlo's Viva la Vida, Watermelons.

THIS IS A LIVE ONLINE WORKSHOP.
TIME: 
The Workshop starts at 3:00pm GMT
Please join the Zoom Waiting room at 2.30pm GMT

I will open the zoom waiting room 30 minutes before the session to allow plenty of time for logging in. 

It is advisable to log in at just after 2.30pm, as once the workshop starts I will not be able to assist if you have any log in or password issues.

The session length will be approx 60 minutes but as the session is live it may last a little longer.


AGE 
Suggested age 5-11 years. There is flexibility around the age ranges.

PRICE
This price is per household, not per child, so siblings can watch together for £6.97.


DELIVERED ONLINE VIA ZOOM
The session will be delivered online via Zoom, a video conference website and App used for distance learning & meetings.

FEEDBACK & FURTHER DEVELOPMENT
If they wish, at the end of the session there will be an opportunity for each child to show their completed art piece and I will give feedback and suggestions for further development.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: 
I'm sure you will have everything you need at home, all that is required are;
  • some sheets of plain paper.
  • a pencil.
  • something to colour with;  colouring pencils or paints or pens or pastels or crayons...
