Running a business can be hard and sometimes it’s easy to forget what you have achieved.
Reviewing the year is inevitable during this #betwixtmas period and I have found it really beneficial to sit back with pen & paper and really review each month. Patting myself on the back for each achievement no matter how small. It’s an exercise that always surprises me - so much happens in just 365 days. It brings with it gratitude, pride & love for achieving so much and for battling through the low points.
2018 has been a year of growth for both Dot Kids and for me personally... so much has developed and I’ve learnt so much.
I am stepping into 2019 excited for the next step which will see Dot Kids impacting on many more children beyond my little corner of the world...
