• Workshop bookings are non-refundable, however you may transfer the booking to another child should you wish. Please notify Dot Kids of the transfer with name, age & a contact number.
  
• If your child is unable to attend and you cannot transfer their place, please contact Dot Kids and we will do our best to offer the place to anyone on a waiting list, so that you can get a refund. Due to bank & admin fees, only 90% of the total payment will be refunded.
  
• REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
  Due to the schedule and commitment that Dot Kids makes to these bookings we do not offer any refunds or cancellations, unless your child's place is re-purchased via someone on the waiting list.
  
• Refunds are at the discretion of Dot Kids Ltd and due to bank & admin fees, only 90% of the total payment will be refunded.
  
• An apron will be provided for the sessions, however please ensure that favourite clothing is not worn as sometimes accidents can occur. Dot Kids cannot take responsibility for any clothing or footwear that is marked.

• A non-refundable booking fee of 50% of the party total is required to secure your booking.
• The final 50% amount is required seven days before the party.

• To allow the smooth running of our Art Clubs a cancellation notice period is required should your child/the attendee wish to no longer attend. (This does not apply to those booking trial sessions).
  
• Our Art Club cancellation notice is as follows: If you wish to no longer send your child to Art Club, we require that ONE TERM'S WRITTEN NOTICE must be provided to DK/Dot Kids. Your child's/ the attendee's enrolment to Art Club will then last until the end of the next term. Any remaining balance will be required should the attendee/your child attend or not.

• These can be weekly, fortnightly or monthly, subject to availability.
• One or two hour sessions available, subject to schedule.

• Payment plans for the entire course program cannot be opted out of. If payment is missed, the full amount is still owed and is payable immediately.
