Dot Kids Founder Julie Bevan, speaking on Hustle X Kids panel

I am proud to be speaking on a panel this Friday alongside Sarah Yataghane @a_bitofpink & Kay Rufai @universoulartist at @_theotherbox in Kings Cross #London.

 

The Hustle & Kids event has been curated by Zainab @themontessoristudio alongside Roshni @roshnigoyate and Leyya @leyyax

 

The discussion will focus on juggling a life with kids; personal experience, attitudes to community, managing children & raising children with various financial ventures and pressures.

 

It would be lovely to see some of you there. The event is free but you will need to book, I have added a link to my profile.

We're SO excited to reveal the 3 speakers for our Hustle & Kids event happening on Friday 27th September!!

Sarah Yataghane @a_bitofpink is a home educating mama to three girls. Sarah's passionate about nurturing community and empowering mothers to live their best life whilst navigating motherhood. She juggles it all with freelance writing, digital content creation and blogging at A Bit Of Pink

 

Kay Rufai @universoulartist is a multi-disciplinary artist, creative facilitator currently delivering an Arts Council funded series of workshops and exhibition at the Battersea Arts Centre featuring collaboraively created poems, images and creative writing with 30 young black boys from Lambeth on themes such as masculinity, identity, lack of father figures, love, loss, roles of mothers and youth violence.

 

Julie Bevan is an Arts Educator and founder of @dotkids, encouraging discussion and creativity to boost self-expression, confidence and creative freedom. She has two daughters aged 8 & 6 and knows all too well how the work/life/parenting balance can often be a struggle.
