Hello! I’m Naomi, and I am bursting with ideas to nurture creativity, play and the freedom of exploration to the hub of Faversham and Sittingbourne with Dot Kids.

As a local mum to two boys growing up in a world with many expectations and pressures around them, it is so important to me to instil in them that they can do and be whatever they want to be, and that the gift of creativity is the key to non-conforming, innovating, and finding themselves unashamedly.

I am passionate that all children get to experience this valuable philosophy, and that they can be free to creatively PLAY, and discover the world through their own eyes.

As an experienced, qualified teacher in Art and Design, I have worked with children all the way up to 18 for the last ten years, helping them to develop their own “voice” and personal “visual language”.

It has been my pleasure and honour to help them discover diverse and visual means to communicate and learn - producing work that doesn’t just showcase formal skills, but thoughtful, intelligent and emotive outpourings brought about by energy, and the confidence that “anything is possible” brings.

When children realise that their ideas really matter, that fills them with confidence and makes them feel empowered!

This purpose, coupled with the cathartic, therapeutic and positive mental health associations with creating art, are what drive me to make the Dot Kids Faversham and Sittingbourne community such a positive one!

The Dot Kids Art Method is not just about colours on a canvas; it's a catalyst for self-discovery, confidence and wellbeing.

I deliver Art Classes, Art Clubs & Art Workshops for children in Faversham & Sittingbourne. Both extra-curricular and cross-curricular in schools.
